Happy Easter!

Wishing everyone a blessed Easter weekend as we reflect on the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the hope and renewal it brings. Today at SAI, we celebrated by paying homage to our Cajun culture here in Louisiana.

For the unfamiliar: Pâque or Pâquing (pronounced Pock or Pocking) is a Cajun/French tradition derived from the French word for Easter, Pâques. The Easter ritual involves taking your hard-boiled dyed eggs and tapping their ends together to see which egg is stronger, remaining unbroken. Should an egg fail to break, the egg proceeds to its next opponent, and the last egg standing is declared the winner with promises of good luck.
