Recently, Polyethylene Containers, Inc. reached out to us with a situation that needed a solution. They were awarded a contract to provide pails to a global motor oil manufacturer, but the pails were being incorrectly handled by the pail palletizer
To resolve the problem, we sent two project managers – Jeremy Rimmer and Tristan Rimmer on site to assess the situation. Within a few weeks, they sourced new palletizer jaws and spacers that not only handled the new pails flawlessly, but were also compatible with the older models.
A field team, Cliff and Clinton returned to install the new components. They ran a quick test, and had the plant back up and running in half a day, with minimal production disruption.
Another job well done-efficient, effective, and delivering results for our customer!
